Refund & Dispute Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Overview
Crestline Lead Group operates on a pay-per-lead model. If a lead you received does not meet the applicable agreed criteria, you can submit a dispute from your dashboard for review. Approved disputes are credited to your prepaid balance.
2. Standard Lead dispute reasons
Standard Lead disputes may include:
- Invalid contact information
- Duplicate lead
- Wrong service area
- Wrong service
- Clearly fake submission
- Other failure to meet the agreed criteria
3. The 24-hour window
Disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the lead. Standard Leads have a 24-hour dispute window, and Verified Leads have a 24-hour business review period. Issues raised after the applicable window cannot be reviewed as standard disputes.
4. What is not automatically invalid
- A customer not answering
- A customer changing their mind
- A customer choosing another provider
- A business failing to contact the customer
These situations do not automatically make a lead invalid unless they are specifically agreed as qualification criteria before delivery.
5. How disputes are reviewed
Disputes are submitted through the Crestline platform. Our team reviews the lead information and any evidence provided against the agreed criteria. If a dispute is approved, the lead charge is credited to your balance. If a dispute is rejected, the charge remains.
6. Prepaid balance refunds
Your prepaid balance is used to purchase leads. Unused balance may be refunded at our discretion — contact info@crestlineleadgroup.com to request a withdrawal.
7. Card chargebacks
Because payments are processed by Stripe, card payment disputes and chargebacks must be raised directly with your bank or Stripe. Please also contact us at info@crestlineleadgroup.com so we can review the matter.
