Crestline Lead Group ("Crestline", "we", "us") operates a business-to-business lead-generation platform that connects businesses with customer opportunities on a pay-per-lead basis.

• Business information — details provided in an application or test request, such as company name, contact name, business email, phone number, service type, service area, capacity and budget information.
• Account information — your login email, role and platform settings. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not visible to us.
• Worker and partner information — lead-generation partners who apply provide contact details, traffic sources, experience and proof of results.
• Lead and customer information — information submitted by potential customers through lead-generation forms, such as name, phone number, email, location, service needed, project details and timeline.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card or bank details on the platform; we keep transaction records such as amounts, dates and statuses.
• Technical information — IP address, device and browser information, and usage data used for security, spam prevention and fraud prevention.

We use the information we collect to operate and protect the platform, including:

We do not sell personal data.

Lead and customer information is shared with the business assigned to receive the lead. Payment information is processed by Stripe as our payment processor. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, and where required by law.

We apply measures intended to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
