Share your link
Every member gets a unique referral link for businesses and for workers. When someone applies through it, their application carries your code.
They get approved
We review every application by hand. Once the referred account is approved and active, the referral is attributed to you — one referral per new account, no self-referrals.
You earn for 6 months
For 6 months after the referred account is approved, eligible activity earns you commission — tracked in your referral dashboard.

Business referrals

of Crestline's retained revenue on eligible leads
- ✓Applies to eligible leads sold to the referred business during their first 6 months.
- ✓Calculated only on revenue actually retained by Crestline after the worker payout recorded for the same lead.
- ✓Refunded payments, reversed transactions, disputed leads and chargebacks are excluded.
Worker referrals
5%
of the contribution margin on eligible leads
- ✓Applies to eligible leads submitted by the referred worker during their first 6 months.
- ✓Margin means revenue retained by Crestline minus the worker payout and applicable direct costs for the same lead — never the worker's gross lead price or ad spend.
- ✓If the margin is zero or negative, no commission is generated.
When commissions become available.
After the dispute window
A commission is first recorded as Pending while the underlying lead is within its 24-hour dispute window. It becomes Available only once the window has expired, the lead remains accepted, there is no unresolved dispute, and the payment and worker cost records are settled.
Fair, auditable, reversible
If a lead is later refunded or a dispute is upheld, the associated commission is reversed — visibly and traceably, never silently deleted. Referral balances are held in a separate ledger, independent of business prepaid balances and worker payouts.
The fine print, in plain words.
- ✓Only genuinely new accounts referred through your link qualify. One referral per account, and self-referrals are not permitted.
- ✓Commission rates and the commission period are set by Crestline and may be adjusted; the rates shown in your dashboard are the ones that apply to you.
- ✓Commissions are not guaranteed earnings — they depend entirely on eligible, settled activity by the referred account.
- ✓Referrals must comply with our Terms. We suspend referral eligibility for manipulation, fraudulent traffic or abuse, and reverse commissions tied to it.
- ✓Commissions are recorded in your referral balance. Payout of referral balances is handled per our program terms; taxes on commissions are the referrer's responsibility.
